**Job Title:** Landscape Maintenance Team Member

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Landscape Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you will be an integral part of maintaining the aesthetic appearance and health of clients' landscape environments. Your passion for working outdoors and attention to detail will ensure that gardens, lawns, and other landscaped areas are kept in pristine condition.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Operate landscape equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor plant health and report any issues such as pests, diseases, or other concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist in landscape installation projects as needed.
- Apply fertilizers, mulch, and other treatments to gardens and lawns following company guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of landscape tasks.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscape tools and machinery.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license may be required.
